Day to day living and eating Low Carb and Keto foods is a lifestyle change and one that i started back in January which has changed the way i look at and feel about the foods around us.
Cutting out all the processed foods and sugars was a lot easier than i thought it would be, the thought of not being able to eat bread on a daily basis was a mental challenge, as i used to consume quite a lot of bread daily. Problem solved….. As i found out to my delight there are many different Keto Bread and Low Carb recipes out there, so all you need to do is experiment and try them out until you find the right one for you.
